Involves wrapping bread, rolls, cakes & pastries etc ready for retail, filling shelves, monitoring stock rotation, serving and slicing bread for customers upon request. Preparing, cooking and filling meat pies, scotch eggs, sausage rolls, quiches, baking cakes and sweet treats. General end of day cleaning, general good customer service, offering assistance and being helpful.
